We honor new and refill prescription orders when you need them. We ensure that prescriptions are accurately, ethically and clinically fulfilled for the ultimate safety of our patients. We use a State-of-Art pharmacy management system and the Eye-Con Technology to fill prescriptions and to ensure the integrity of our process. From the point when your prescription is dropped off, to the point of pickup we adopt a 15-point check steps for accuracy, ensuring the right patient gets the right medication at the right dose.

We accept all major insurance companies including Tenncare & Tricare. A patient’s co-pay cost is mostly the same regardless of the pharmacy where the patient fills his or her prescriptions. For our patients without insurance or who chooses to be a cash payer, we go above and beyond to check for any available manufacturer discounts to ensure that such a patient gets the best available price.

Your new prescription scripts can be brought into the pharmacy, dropped off at the “Zap Thru” window, or your physician can send it directly by phone, fax or electronically. Our “Zap Thru” window has a night-drop slot, making it easy to drop off your scripts even after business hours and for the pharmacy to get your prescription ready first thing the following morning.
